Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, this position is responsible for the Music City Center Human Resources administration, employee training programs, benefits administration, workers compensation, and other administrative duties as requested. Responsibilities include facilitating and documenting compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, recruiting and facilitating the hiring of qualified job candidates for open positions, assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, processing and administering all leave-of-absence requests, and performing routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with three (3) to five (5) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
This is a position of the Convention Center Authority; not a Metropolitan Government position. Excellent benefits included. Valid Tennessee Driver’s License required.
