Site Tours
We are happy to accommodate visitors; however this is an active construction site. Our first priority is to conduct the construction of the Music City Center in a safe manner, and the project team reserves the right to deny access to the site to anyone who does not comply with any written or verbal policies and warnings.
All groups and individuals must coordinate three days in advance for a site visit. Media inquiries should be made through Holly McCall (615/880-1464) who will try to accommodate deadlines if possible.
Visitor Policy
All visitors must sign in at the Convention Center Authority on-site office (413 5th Ave., S., Nashville, TN, 37202) and check in Holly McCall. All visitors must sign a waiver/general release form at the Convention Center Authority office before going on site.
- No smoking.
- All visitors must wear proper attire.
Proper Attire
- Flat, close toed shoes of the workboot variety. (no gym shoes, flip flops, open toed shoes or heels) .) Project construction personnel has final say on appropriate footwear, and visitors not deemed to be wearing appropriate, safe, footwear may not be able to walk the site but can still tour the construction site by auto with an appointed site supervisor.
- Long pants only (no shorts, dresses or skirts)
- Shirts with sleeves
A member of the project team will be assigned to lead the visitors through the site. All visitors must stay with their tour group. No one may go on the site without a member of the project management or construction management team.
The project team will provide visitors with personal safety protection equipment (hard hats, safety glasses, and reflective vests).
