Confidentiality
The Music City Center DBE program does not disclose to third parties any information that may reasonably be regarded as confidential business information, consistent with federal, state, and local law.
Unless otherwise specified by state or local law, the DBE program will not release personal financial information (submission of which is a requireent of the program) to a third party without the written consent of the contractor.
Payment Monitoring
The DBE program office will monitor the payment of DBE contractors by prime contractors on all work related to the project, and will issue a quarterly report on such. Prime and sub-contractors are required to report in writing payments disbursed and received for work completed during each reporting period.
