Music City Center Design

On April 13, Mayor Karl Dean and MDHA made a special presentation to the Metro Council regarding the design, financing and preliminary timeline of the Music City Center project. Please click the thumbnails below to view the renderings from the presentation.

After gathering feedback at three previous public meetings, MDHA revealed the first designs of the Music City Center at a public meeting on Thursday, Jan. 29. Phil Ryan, executive director of MDHA, Seab Tuck of Tuck Hinton Architects, and Andy McLean of Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates presented the preliminary design of the Music City Center to a standing-room-only crowd at the Adventure Science Center.

The early design features a green roof, beautiful views of the Nashville skyline from inside the center, lots of natural light and flexible exhibit and meeting space.
